1. About Us
Clear Creek Ministries Event Center (“Clear Creek Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit Christian ministry located in Cass County, Missouri. We exist to create a Christ-centered environment for worship, conferences, retreats, youth events, family gatherings, and community outreach.

2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our Christian values and mission. You may not violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or misrepresent identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

3. Event Registrations and Donations
Registrations must be accurate. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Events may be canceled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen issues. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, may be tax-deductible, and used at our discretion.

4. Property Use, Outdoor Activities, and Liability
Participation carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks. Clear Creek Ministries is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or property damage. Separate waivers may be required for certain activities.

5. RV Park & Overnight Camping Terms
All guests must comply with posted rules and the No Smoking, No Drugs, No Alcohol policy. Quiet hours apply. Campfires only in designated areas. Firearms, fireworks, and disorderly conduct are prohibited. Minors must be supervised. Camping involves inherent risks. We are not liable for accidents or losses. Guests violating rules may be removed without refund.

6. Youth Participation & Parental Consent
A signed waiver is required for all minors. Guardians affirm fitness for participation, grant permission, accept risks, and indemnify Clear Creek Ministries. Emergency medical treatment is authorized if needed.

7. Media, Photography, and Video Release
By attending events or using facilities, you grant permission for your likeness and that of minors under your supervision to be used in photos, video, and recordings for ministry purposes without compensation. Notify staff if you do not wish to be recorded; exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

8. Lake & Water Activity Safety
Water activities carry inherent risks. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised. Life jackets are recommended and may be required. No running, diving, or unsafe behavior. Follow all posted rules. You assume all risks and waive liability.

9. Intellectual Property
All site content is property of Clear Creek Ministries and protected by law. Materials may be used for personal non-commercial use only. No reproduction or redistribution without permission.

We are not responsible for external websites or their content.

11. Online Payments & Third-Party Processors
Payments may be processed via Zeffy or others. We do not store full card numbers and are not responsible for third-party policies, fees, errors, or availability.
